Cancelation Policy

We require cancellations or appointment changes to be made through the app or website at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations can’t be made within 3 hours, and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period for their appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
